Intolerant to empathy

Why do we stay?

They poison us with what we fear but do not understand
Weak for words colliding with our insecurities They take advantage so we're easier to segregate
In the name of divide and conquer

We'll rise up from the ashes
Embracing the heat from the sun
Asking ourselves how did this come to pass?
